The Johnson family opened their first butchers in 1826 and Fleur is the 7th generation family member to be involved. She has identified a niche in the fresh food market for a specialist butcher.

Fleur and her team select only the finest, locally reared free range meat and food products.

The finest master butchery traditional and continental style with an artisan delicatessen. This, along with first class customer service ensures a shopping experience impossible to find at your local supermarket.

Locally sourced free range meats including Hereford, Sussex and Angus beef aged and conditioned for up to 45 days on the bone in temperature controlled rooms.


With wild game in season including venison, mallard, goose, partridge, pheasant, quail, rabbit, hare, wild boar, they even have exotic meats such as ostrich, kangaroo, crocodile, bison and springbok.

A deli inspired by the finest continental artisans and you. Cheeses by Neals Yard, Coulston Bassett, Weald Dairy and other small independent cheese producers.

Meats and deli from Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Holland. Pates, Olives and more. We will do our very best to source any product you would like to try.
